Contact us
The best way to reach us is by email: hello@imgtagger.com. A real person reads every message, and we aim to reply within a few working days.
Reporting a bug
All processing happens in your browser, so we can't see what went wrong on your machine. These details help us reproduce it:
- Which tool you were using and what you clicked just before the problem.
- Your browser, its version number (shown on the browser's About page) and your operating system.
- Roughly how many images were loaded, and their format (JPEG, PNG, WebP…).
- For the tagger: which model was selected, and whether it was the first time loading that model.
- Any red error messages from the browser console. Press F12 or Cmd+Option+I and open the Console tab.
We don't need your files to fix most problems, and we'd rather not hold copies of anything personal. If a specific image triggers a bug, describe it (size, format, whether it has transparency) or send a harmless test image that reproduces it.
Corrections to guides
If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what you believe is correct, ideally with a source. We update pages and change their "last updated" date when we fix them.
Feature requests
We're especially interested in hearing which tagging formats you need next: other tag vocabularies, natural-language captions, or keywords for stock and SEO use. Requests directly shape what gets built.
Privacy requests
We don't run accounts or store the images you process, so in most cases we hold no personal data about you. For questions about advertising cookies or anything in our privacy policy, email us and put "Privacy" in the subject line.
